An answer looks wrong

Give us the first words of the question. Each explanation names the text it comes from; if the text has changed, we rewrite the question.

A rule or fee looks out of date

Tell us the rule and, if you have it, the official text that says otherwise. We re-read the source, fix the parameter file and date the change.

What we cannot do

We are not a préfecture or an exam centre. We cannot book you a session, follow a file or advise on a personal case. Do not send a permit number, a file number or an identity document.
